Hi! My name is Nicole Siswick. I am a birth doula and Certified Lactation Counselor supporting families in the Greater Boston area. Thank you so much for visiting Sweet Song Doula.
I am a married mom to one little boy living with my family in Framingham, MA. I love spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, taking pictures, exploring the outdoors, being crafty, and fitting in a little yoga when my schedule allows for it!
After 10 years in the corporate workplace, I became a stay at home mom when my son was born, and when he turned one, I decided it was time to follow my heart and my head down a path I have long felt I was meant to travel: helping mothers, babies, and families as they journey to and through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
I am a professional doula trained by toLabor, one of the United States’ longest running and most well-respected doula-training organizations. An incredible personal experience with the doula who attended the birth of my son, a life-long desire to support and empower others, and my passion for educating women and families about the birth process, are what brought me to this work.
I believe in the transformative power of birth and in a woman’s innate ability to birth her baby in the way that feels right to her. I would be honored to support you in welcoming your little one to the world!
In October 2011, I successfully completed Healthy Children’s Certified Lactation Counselor training course, and was awarded my certification credential.
