- Free initial 15 minute phone consultation
- Free 30 minute in-person interview
- One or two 60-minute prenatal appointments
- Unlimited phone and email support
- 24/7 on-call availability beginning two weeks prior to your guess date
- Continuous, one-on-one support for the duration of your birthing time, and up to two hours of support following the baby’s arrival
- One or two postpartum appointments within two weeks of your baby’s birth
- Prenatal and postpartum breastfeeding support
